By accessing or using the VoltCircuits website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or engaging VoltCircuits for manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Final Pricing
A quotation does not constitute a binding production order until the applicable commercial terms and customer approval have been confirmed.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information.
Provide Accurate Files
Provide correct and complete Gerber files, engineering documents, and manufacturing specifications.
Provide Correct BOM
Provide an accurate and current BOM, including component specifications and quantities.
Verify Engineering Documents
Review and approve designs, specifications, BOMs, drawings, and other project information before production.
Confirm Quotations Before Production
Review and approve the final quotation, specifications, quantities, and applicable production requirements before production begins.
6. ENGINEERING REVIEW
DFM Recommendations
Engineering and DFM reviews provided by VoltCircuits are intended to identify potential manufacturing issues and provide manufacturing recommendations.
Customer Design Responsibility
Final product design, specifications, functionality, and intended application remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customer Files
Customer-provided designs, Gerber files, BOMs, engineering drawings, product documentation, and other intellectual property remain the property of the customer or their respective rights holders.
No Ownership Claim
VoltCircuits does not claim ownership of customer designs or intellectual property solely because such information is provided to us for quotation, engineering review, or manufacturing purposes.
VoltCircuits Materials
VoltCircuits retains rights to its own proprietary processes, materials, website content, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential Project Information
VoltCircuits handles customer project information confidentially and uses it for purposes related to quotation, engineering review, manufacturing, testing, customer support, and related business operations.
NDA Availability
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request and may be executed before confidential project information is reviewed.
9. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Order Confirmation
Production orders are subject to confirmation of applicable specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, or other agreed commercial documentation.
Production Start
Where applicable, production begins after required payment or payment confirmation has been received and production requirements have been approved.
Changes or Cancellation
Order changes or cancellations may be subject to additional costs, material commitments, production status, or other applicable terms.
10. MANUFACTURING
Production Tolerances
Manufacturing is performed according to the approved specifications, drawings, industry standards, and agreed production requirements applicable to the project.
Engineering Changes
Changes to approved designs, BOMs, specifications, or production requirements may affect pricing, lead time, materials, and production schedules.
Customer Approvals
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable production information, samples, prototypes, or other approval materials when requested.
Quality Inspections
VoltCircuits applies applicable inspection and testing procedures throughout manufacturing according to project requirements and our production processes.
11. SHIPPING
Shipping Methods
Products may be shipped using available transportation methods agreed with the customer.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed in writing.
Customs Responsibilities
Customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed.
Risk Transfer
Responsibility for products during transportation will be determined according to the applicable shipping terms or agreed commercial terms for the order.
12. WARRANTY
Manufacturing Workmanship Warranty
Where applicable, VoltCircuits provides a warranty for manufacturing workmanship according to the specific warranty terms agreed for the order.
Reporting Period
Customers should report suspected manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty or reporting period stated in the order or commercial agreement.
Replacement or Remedy
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, VoltCircuits may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, rework, or another mutually agreed solution.
Limitations
Warranty coverage may not apply to defects or failures caused by customer-supplied designs, incorrect specifications, unauthorized modifications, improper use, installation, storage, handling, or other conditions outside VoltCircuits’ manufacturing responsibility.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoltCircuits’ liability relating to a product or service will be limited according to the applicable quotation, order, contract, or other agreed commercial terms.
VoltCircuits is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses to the extent such exclusions are permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
VoltCircuits will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, war, government actions, transportation disruptions, major supply-chain disruptions, epidemics, power outages, labor disruptions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
